Florida Mediator Robert A. Cole presents award, check at FLABOTA conference

Once again, Upchurch Watson White & Max was a major sponsor of the FLABOTA (Florida Chapters of the American Board of Trial Advocates) Annual Meeting last month. Bob Cole attended the conference at The Breakers in Palm Beach July 18 and 19 on behalf of UWWM, which hosted the Friday Night "Celebrate Civility" cocktail reception.

Bob presented the Trial Lawyer of the Year Award to Rut Liles of Jacksonville. He also presented the ABOTA Foundation with a $16,500 check, representing contributions from FLABOTA's Joseph P. Milton Memorial Golf Tournament. These funds will assist the foundation in its programs promoting professionalism and civility for attorneys and youth education regarding our constitution and civil justice system.
