16th annual convention, July 11–14, 2013, at The Renaissance Vinoy here.
Mr. Upchurch and Mr. Cole's session, "Electronic Discovery and Electronic Forensics: A Primer on Technology and Comment on Mediation" from 9:50 to 10:40 a.m. Friday, July 12, will open with comments from Chris Haley, Director of Litigation Technology, Troutman Sanders eMerge, LLC.
Then, Mr. Upchurch -- based in the Daytona Beach, Fla., office of
Upchurch Watson White & Max and the firm's founder, president and CEO -- and Mr. Cole, a mediation panelist based in the firm's Jacksonville, Fla. office, will close with their "Comment on Mediation."
