Rod Max Mediates HealthSouth Recovery of $133 Million

Rodney A. Max recently had the privilege of mediating the resolution of a $133 Million derivative action in connection with HealthSouth and one of its previous investment bankers. After several month's of pre-mediation meetings in Miami, New York and Birmingham, including one full day of opening statements and dinner among the negotiating parties, and subsequent delegate caucuses between leaders of each side, he brought the parties together for three full days of mediation hereby the case(s) were resolved. Both companies being publicly traded, the result was ultimately made public when the mediation successfully concluded in October.

Rodney A. Max is licensed to practice law in the states of Alabama and Florida .
