Michelle Jernigan: Conflict Resolution in the Family Business

Michelle Jernigan , shareholder with Upchurch Watson White & Max and co-director of the firm's Family Business services panel, will be presenting "Conflict Resolution in the Family Business" to Stetson University' s Future Leaders Association (FLA) on November 17, 2008.

The FLA is a new professional, academic and social association where students can join with parents and professionals to address the challenges of becoming a family business leader in the next generation.

In 1988, Michelle Jernigan was one of the first mediators to be certified by the Florida Supreme Court. Since launching her mediation career in 1987, Ms. Jernigan has mediated thousands of cases throughout Florida .  She regularly provides mediation training at basic and advanced courses in Florida and is a recognized speaker in the field of ADR.
