New Panel Member: Roger J. Larue, Jr.

Daytona Beach , FL  - The nationally recognized mediation firm of Upchurch, Watson, White & Max is pleased to announce the appointment of Roger J. Larue to the firm's mediation panel.

 

Mr. Larue is a seasoned professional who has mediated over two thousand cases including medical malpractice, construction and real estate, maritime law claims and class action matters with as many as one million plaintiffs. He is a recognized author and speaker and has conducted seminars and lectures on mediation in connection with Tulane and Loyola Law Schools, as well as the Louisiana and Florida Bar Associations. An adjunct professor on negotiation and mediation advocacy skills at Tulane, he was featured in the National Law Journal in connection with the 2003 Federal Medicare amendments related to the impact of Federal Law on personal injury and damage claims.

 

Mr. Larue received his J.D. from Loyola University of the South and his M.B.A. from Tulane University . AV Rated with Martindale-Hubbell, he is a certified circuit court mediator in Florida and Louisiana as well as a qualified arbitrator. Mr. Larue resides in Cocoa, Florida and New Orleans and is engaged in numerous civic and volunteer organizations.
