Principal Lawrence M. Watson Jr. addressed members of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, Grand Rapids, MI on March 12, 2010 at their ADR & Litigation Section CLE Event. Partnered with Joseph B. (Josh) Stulberg, Professor of Law at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, the speakers shared their experiences on “Breaking Impasse: Dealing with Negotiating Tactics that Can Run Mediation into the Ground.”
Mr. Watson is scheduled to present at the American College of Civil Trial Mediators Annual Retreat and Conference being held in Manchester Village, Vermont, July 16 - 18.

Principal and CEO, John Upchurch will participate as a panel member at the International Law Section CLE Event at The Florida Bar’s Annual Meeting, June 25 at the Boca Raton Resort & Club. The topic of the panel’s discussion: “View from the end of the Table: Inside the Mind of the Mediator.”
Mr. Upchurch is also preparing for his fifth trip to Warsaw, Poland, as part of the University of Florida's Center for American Law Studies program where he will lecture students of Warsaw University’s Law School on negotiations and mediation skills.
