Talk at Miami's Fair Debt Collection Practices Conference Focuses on Class/Mass Actions

Rodney A. Max to speak on Friday, March 11, at their
Fair Debt Collection Practices Conference in Miami.
His presentation, subtitled "Bringing Class Actions & Mass Claims to Resolution, a Civil and Ethical Approach," will begin at 10:20 a.m. in the Jasmine Room of the Hyatt Regency, site of the two-day conference.
The conference offers an introductory and an advanced track, and Rod's talk, billed as "Effective Mediation Practice Skills," is part of the latter.
