John Upchurch , principal and CEO of Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group, presented “Toward a Defense Mediation Strategy: Focus on Plaintiff's Emotional Needs” at the Annual Kubicki Draper Global Seminar on November 5, 2010 in Orlando, Florida.
Mr. Upchurch, the only mediator invited to speak at this conference, shared insight as to how insurance carriers can achieve a meaningful mediation. The conference was attended by over 400 claims professionals, representing virtually every Insurance Company statewide.
