Stephen G. Fisher Presents to The Hartford Insurance Company

Stephen G. Fischer, panelist with Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group, recently presented "Comparative Negligence Law in Florida & How It Affects Case Evaluation, Negotiations and Settlement at Mediation" at the Hartford Insurance Company Claims Office in Tampa. Approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services as an instructor of  Continuing Education Insurance Adjuster Law and Policy courses, Fischer joined the mediation panel of Upchurch Watson White & Max in August, 2005. He is a Certified Circuit Court Mediator, Appellate Mediator for the 5^th District Court of Appeal, a qualified Arbitrator, and a Windstorm Insurance Network Umpire.
