Rod Max to speak at FJA Workhorse Seminar

Upchurch Watson White & Max Principal, Rod Max, will be presenting "Ten Key Steps to a Successful Mediation:  Preparation, Presentation and Negotiation" on Wednesday, February 25 at the 2009 Florida Justice Association (FJA) Workhorse Seminar.

This year's meeting titled, "Positioning Your Case and Your Client in Order to Maximize Settlement Opportunities and Results" will be held at the Hilton Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida from February 25-27.

Mr. Max has authored numerous articles on mediation for professional journals and  seminars, and is a noted speaker on mediation throughout the country.
