Michelle Jernigan Invited to Speak to Central Florida Law Firms

Michelle Jernigan , shareholder with Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group and noted speaker throughout the state of Florida has been invited to present a CLE seminar titled, "What's Going on in the Other Room? Getting inside the minds of the other parties".

Ms. Jernigan is scheduled to give this presentation to the employees of Littler Mendelson in Orlando on June 4, 2009. Founded in 1942 by the head of California 's War Labor Board, the law firm of Littler Mendelson has always served the needs of the nation's employers. Littler's employment litigation practice is the nation's largest, and the firm regularly defends many of the world's leading corporations.

On June 11, 2009 Ms. Jernigan will present the seminar to the members of the Women's Trial Group in Orlando . This group is a personal injury law firm dedicated to providing high quality, aggressive legal representation to the victims of personal injury.

Ms. Jernigan serves as Co-Director of the firm's Family Business and Wealth Mediation Practice Group . Having a vast array of experience as a mediator and arbitrator, she is a frequent lecturer in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution and has published a number of articles on mediation.
