Dr. Oscar J. Franco, mediation panelist with Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group - Miami office location- will address members and guests of the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Commerce of the United States at a luncheon conference held at the Radisson Mart Hotel & Convention Center in Miami on Wednesday, May 11th, 2005. With alternative dispute resolution expanding to include many areas of litigation, and quickly becoming an international process, Dr. Franco's topic, "Corporate Conflict Resolutions - Mediation and Arbitration as an Alternative to Litigation" will cover all areas of ADR.
Dr. Franco is a Venezuelan attorney at law, certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as County Court mediator, assistant trainer of County Mediation and is also a qualified Arbitrator. In addition to being Mediation Counsel with Upchurch, Watson, White and Max, Mediation Group Inc., he is a Member of the International, Florida and Franchise Panels of Distinguished Neutrals of the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution, Mediator of the Broward County Courts and Professor of Conflict Resolution at Florida International University.
