Daytona Beach, FL - The nationally recognized mediation firm of Upchurch Watson White & Max is pleased to announce the selection of Mac Voght, the firm’s Mississippi based representative, to an exclusive panel of mediators and arbitrators taking part in a Liberty Mutual hurricane dispute resolution program. Washington lawyer, Kenneth R. Feinberg, best known as the nation’s Special Master of the 911 Victim’s Compensation Fund, was named by Liberty Mutual to oversee the program. Work will begin in mid-January using the 3 dozen mediators selected by Mr. Feinberg. The panel met in New Orleans January 9th, 2006 for orientation and training.
