Kimberly Sands, mediator and shareholder with Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group will address attendees of the ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar being held March 3 – 5 in Tucson, AZ. Kim will join a panel of 5 distinguished speakers presenting “Institutional Bad Faith – Putting the Insurer’s Practices and Procedures on Trial”.
As outlined in the ABA Seminar brochure, “This program will address issues relating to the prosecution and defense of bad faith actions implicating an insurer’s general business practices….illustrating problems that arise in the discovery and trial of cases alleging that the insurer’s standard “course of conduct” demonstrated a willful disregard for the rights and interests of its insured.”
