Firm Welcomes New Mediation Panel Member, Walter K. "Wally" McDonough

Daytona Beach , FL  - The nationally recognized mediation firm of Upchurch Watson, White & Max is pleased to announce the appointment of Walter K. "Wally" McDonough to the firm's mediation panel.

 

Mr. McDonough is an accomplished attorney and business executive with over twenty years experience as litigator, general counsel and mediator in the construction, insurance and real estate industries. For over 10 years, he served as a trusted advisor and general counsel of Suffolk Construction of Boston MA, one of the largest general contractors in the nation.

 

Wally is a graduate of Princeton University and received his J.D. from Boston College Law School .  Certified through the American Bar Association as a Commercial Arbitrator, he serves on the ABA Commercial Panel of Neutrals and is a member of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry. He is a recognized author and speaker on dispute resolution and contracts in construction, real estate and labor and employment.

To provide clients and colleagues a productive opportunity to meet our newest panel member, a CLE Seminar followed by a Welcome Reception has been scheduled for October 10th, 2007, at the firm's Maitland office location. Mr. McDonough and firm principal Larry Watson will share their expertise in the field of construction law presenting the topics: "Crisis on the Project" and "Construction Insurance and Risk Management".
