Dye Ann Graham, Former General Counsel for Tupperware Corporation, Joins Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group

 

Daytona Beach, FL - The nationally recognized mediation firm of Upchurch Watson White & Max is pleased to announce the appointment of Dye Ann Graham to the firm's mediation panel.

Ms. Graham brings to her mediation practice a vast amount of expertise in the areas of corporate, franchise and finance enforcement law. During her career, she has provided corporate counsel services for a number of corporations and businesses in Georgia and Florida . She was a finance attorney for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in Atlanta . From 1989-2001, Graham served as Associate and as General Counsel of the North American operations of Tupperware Corporation, a global brand company with sales in excess of $1 billion.

 

 

A graduate of Creighton University School of Law, she attended Harvard University Negotiations Program, is a Certified Circuit and County Court mediator and qualified arbitrator who has developed and practiced extensive negotiation skills through the years spent in her various corporate positions. Ms. Graham was formerly on the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Orlando Urban League from 1995 - 1999 and is currently a member of the CPR National Task Force on Diversity in ADR.
