Principal Rodney A. Max delivered the Keynote Program “Designing the Mediation” at the August 24, 2011 Florida Mediation Institute seminar held at Orlando’s World Center Marriott. Joining him for a panel discussion on the topic were John Elliott Leighton, managing partner of Leighton Law, P.A. and Gary Toole of McDonald Toole Wiggins, P.A.
On September 16, principal Michael S. Orfinger will address the Florida associates of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner Coleman & Coggin at the firm’s Annual Associate’s Conference being held at the Renaissance Airport Hotel in Orlando. This presentation follows Mike’s September 15th Appellate Mediation Certification teaching assignment at the University of South Florida campus, Tampa.
The Florida Justice Association is holding their annual Auto Negligence Seminar on September 15th at the Tampa Airport Marriott and on September 16th at the Renaissance Fort Lauderdale. Shareholders Richard Lord and Kim Sands will be presenting “Preparing an Auto Case for Mediation”; Mr. Lord at the Tampa location and Ms. Sands in Fort Lauderdale.
