Upchurch, Watson, White & Max Mediation Group is proud to announce that five of twenty five attorneys selected as Florida Super Lawyers 2012 in the practice area of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) are members of the firm. Sharing in this honor are principals John J. Upchurch, Terrence M. White, Lawrence M. Watson, Jr., and Rodney A. Max along with panel member Robert A. Cole of the firm's recently established Jacksonville office.
Florida Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. The final selections are then grouped according to the size of the firm (Small, Medium, and Large). No more than 5% of attorneys are selected for inclusion into Super Lawyers.
Super Lawyers magazine features the list and profiles of selected attorneys. The publication is distributed to attorneys in the state or region and ABA-accredited law school libraries. Super Lawyers is also published as a special section in leading city and regional magazines across the country.
