Upchurch Watson White & Max mediator Robert A. Cole participated in a panel discussion presentation on October 25, 2012 before the Ft. Lauderdale ABOTA Chapter. The presentation titled, "Maximizing Your Mediation," was attended by about 40 attorneys and judges from the Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County area. Robert Cole spoke on the topic of the use of mediation for E-Discovery Dispute Resolution and Case Management. The program was approved by the Florida Bar for 2 hours of general CLE and mediation credit. Great job Robert!
