Justice Overton

We were saddened today to learn of the passing of our colleague, former Chief Justice Ben Overton.  Justice Overton was a member of our Panel of Distinguished Neutrals for many years following his retirement from the bench, and served with distinction, including a term as Chairman of the ADR Section of the American Bar Association in its formative years.  Our hearts go out to his family and friends.  We will miss his warm camaraderie, wise counsel, and significant contribution to our mission of service to our clients.
