Lance A. Harke
Before becoming a full-time neutral, Lance practiced in the area of multi-state consumer class action litigation. He has served as lead class counsel or a member of the plaintiffs’ steering committee in a wide variety of national multi-district mass tort and class action litigations, including some of the largest cases in U.S. history.
R. David Proctor
Dave has been a U.S. District Court Judge for the Northern District of Alabama since 2003. While in private practice, prior to his judicial career, his clients included Xerox Corp., O'Neal Steel, The Children's Hospital of Alabama, Helen Keller Hospital, Norwood Clinic, North American Bus Industries, Inc., and Southeast Alabama Medical Center.
Sharon L. Nelles
Sharon, managing partner of her firm's litigation group, represents global companies and their boards in every aspect of critical matters including civil litigation and related regulatory, congressional and criminal investigations and enforcement. Moody’s, JPMorgan Chase, Volkswagen, Microsoft and Diageo are among her clients.
Peter Prieto
Peter has focused his practice on complex commercial litigation, including class actions, and white collar criminal defense. for more than 25 years. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation, including business disputes, healthcare, antitrust, products liability, RICO, legal and accounting malpractice and class action litigation.
Randi S. Ellis
Randi brings the parties together and facilitates alternatives to litigation. When she has been appointed by federal and state courts as a Special Master, Settlement Master, Mediator, or Neutral, her experience and skills bring about mutual agreements. She then oversees settlements through the distribution of proceeds until final dismissal.

Among more than 6,500 mediations Rodney has led are significant federal and state class and mass actions in consumer products, services and statutory remedies.
