Members of Upchurch Watson White & Max's Center for National Class and Mass Actions and nationally recognized class action attorneys Francis A. Citera of GreenbergTraurig and Adam Moskowitz of The Moskowitz Law Firm explain why it's almost never too early -- or a waste of time -- to mediate a class action. UWWM's Terry White and Lance Harke explore the problems of not bringing in and/or negotiating with all interested parties and not knowing the true costs of a proposed settlement. And they show why it's a good idea to remember the key elements of settlement during every part of the mediation, to engage the mediator afterward to resolve post-mediation issues and to realize that mutuality is the key to successful resolution.

In addition to the insight the panelists will provide, attendees also will gain complimentary CLE credit through The Florida Bar: 1.0 General/0.5 Professionalism, plus 1.0 Civil Trial Certification credits. (Continuing legal education credit also is available for Alabama, Georgia and Illinois. Accreditation is pending in California, New Jersey and New York.)

Join them for this free-CLE Webinar, scheduled for noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, October 14, 2021. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
