Gregory J. Donoghue: Greg knows the dynamics of what litigators and their clients face from legal, human and business perspectives. He is a longtime Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist with 11 years of experience as a partner in an insurance defense firm and 25 years of personal injury and insurance litigation experience as managing partner of a Brevard County law firm. Greg has been recognized repeatedly by Super Lawyers for his work in circuit and federal courts.

April Y. Walker: Recognized by her peers in 2018 as a Florida Legal Elite in commercial litigation, April was a shareholder at a national law firm when she determined to focus her practice on ADR exclusively. She joined UWWM that year, making the transition to full-time mediator. Along with significant litigation experience, she has  advanced negotiation training from Harvard Law School and is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and a fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators.
