Alan C. Espy brings over 40 years of experience, focusing on civil litigation, to his mediation practice. Based in Palm Beach County since graduating from the University of Florida College of Law in 1983, he has built a distinguished career handling cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, insurance disputes, commercial litigation and probate litigation.
As he joins Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group, Alan leverages his legal background, meticulous approach, and steadfast commitment to fair resolution in helping parties navigate complex disputes.
Board certified as a civil trial lawyer by The Florida Bar since 1992, Alan has maintained this recognition through six recertifications, a testament to his expertise and commitment to excellence.
