MIAMI (August 2, 2024) – This month and next, Upchurch Watson White & Max mediator Rodney A. Max will appear as a speaker for the National Trial Lawyers Big Truck & Auto Summit 2024 in Chicago and Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA) 2024 Annual Symposium in Nashville.
First, for the NTL Summit, he will join Joe Fried, John Givens, Brent Goudarzi, Ray Khirallah and mediator Dino Colombo, all attorneys, for a panel discussion of "When & How to Resolve a Big Truck or Commercial Vehicle Case" ay 10:45 a.m. CT Aug. 14. This session promises to "enhance your skills in resolving complex commercial vehicle cases by implementing key procedures for assessing liability, evaluating damages, negotiating settlements, and preparing for trial if settlement negotiations fall through." Later in the day, from 2 to 2:30 p.m. CT, Mr. Max will deliver a "crucial session tailored to civil plaintiff attorneys handling significant truck and auto cases," titled "Designing the Mediation."
Then, for the Nashville symposium, Mr, Max and fellow mediator Cedar Abadie will present a discussion of "What Works, What Doesn’t and How Decisions are Being Made. The View in the Other Room" from 1:30 to 2 p.m. CT Sept. 26.
